In June, Resolute won the 2023 Diversity and Inclusion Award from The Norns Awards, a global competition highlighting excellence and innovation. The company was recognized for our practices supporting justice, equity and inclusion, as well as for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. The awards program received over 800 entries, and winners were selected by a team of international judges made up of professionals from various industries. Other companies that won in the same category include BMW, Deloitte and L’Oréal.
The judging panel emphasized our many diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, including the launch of our employee-led DE&I working committee.This recognition reinforces our commitment to making Resolute an employer of choice in our industry and our operating communities.
