Domtar Recipient of Diversity and Inclusion
Employer Award

Domtar received the award from the Conseil du patronat du Québec (CPQ) for our foreign workers program, through which 300 employees joined our company from other countries. Through the program, Domtar ensured that our recruits had the ability to find housing, overcome language differences and become a part of the community.

“We recognize that making a big change like moving to another country for a better life can be extremely difficult, but we want all of our employees to know that they can experience support and encouragement on the job,” said Karen Roach, general manager of our Grenada, Mississippi mill and diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) Committee chair.
