Must Be At Least 18 Years Old to Use This Site

At this Site We make no active effort to collect personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen (18).  We require that Site users be of legal age to enter into agreements (typically, at least eighteen (18) years of age or older), We therefore request that personal information of individuals under the age of eighteen is not provided to us. Governing Law

For Canadian residents, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.  For United States  residents, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, as applicable, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.

Not Authorized to Do Business In Every Jurisdiction

We are not authorized to do business in every jurisdiction. Information published on this Site may contain references or cross-references to goods or services that are not available in your province/state or country.

Entire Agreement; Severability

You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. This global privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes our practices in connection with the personal data that you provide to subsidiary of Domtar Corporation (each a “Group Company”) by any means, including off line forms (e.g., product orders), telephone calls, email, a website which is operated (as indicated in its conditions of use) by a Group Company (the “Site”) (the “Personal Data”).

THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell personal information to third parties for Marketing purposes, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

For the purpose of enabling better website design and a better user experience, we employ Google Analytics (a web service by Google, Inc.) to track site traffic and provide aggregate reports of how the public interacts with Our website. We only obtain aggregated reports and do not obtain your personal information. Session cookies are employed by Google Analytics in the form of client-side JavaScript code.
