Luc Thériault has been appointed president of the Wood Products business unit for Domtar. He assumed his new role on August 26, 2024.

Mr. Thériault returned to Domtar after a brief period outside the forest products industry. He held a range of leadership positions at Domtar from 2002 to 2020, including senior vice president, Wood Products; division vice president, Wood Products – Sales and Fiber Supply; vice president, Information Technology; and vice president, Finance – Wood Products, Supply Chain and Information Technology. He also held a number of progressive positions in finance. Prior to joining Resolute, Mr. Thériault worked at St-Laurent Paperboard and Smurfit-Stone.
