Resolute Raises $175,000 to Support Healthy Communities in Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean

Healthy, active people contribute to strong and vibrant communities. That’s why 150 Resolute employees, suppliers and collaborators recently joined forces to raise $175,000 for three worthy organizations serving Quebec’s Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region, where many of our employees and their families live and work. Participants chose between golfing or riding a magnificent local bike trail, the Véloroute des Bleuets. A spirit of camaraderie and community engagement prevailed throughout the events.

During a ceremony attended by local elected officials, Resolute executives presented $85,000 each to the Fondation du Centre Maria-Chapdelaine and the Fondation du Domaine-du-Roy, which improve patient care at the region’s hospitals, and $5,000 to Liberté à Vélo, which promotes the physical and environment benefits of active transportation. Each of these organizations plays a vital role in the lives of families in the region, and Resolute welcomes the opportunity to support their missions.

We are proud to contribute to the well-being of those who call our operating communities home, and grateful to everyone who made this year’s campaign such a success.
