Moulin de Plymouth

Domtar’s Plymouth Mill is located in North Carolina’s Inner Banks off the Roanoke River and produces softwood fluff pulp. Originally opened in 1937 by the North Carolina Pulp Co., the mill today makes pulp known for its excellent absorbency and sheet properties and used in the production of adult incontinence products, baby diapers and absorbent hygiene products that are sold around the world.

Moulin de Kingsport

Opened in 1916, Domtar’s Kingsport, Tennessee, mill is a downtown landmark with an ideal location on the Holston River for industry. In January 2023, the mill officially became Domtar’s first 100 percent recycled packaging facility. The mill is home to the second-largest containerboard machine in North America.

EAM Mill

Located in Jesup, Georgia, and opened in 1998, Domtar’s EAM facility produces airlaid nonwoven products used in a wide variety of consumer products, including feminine hygiene, adult incontinence, baby diapers, pet care products, specialty medical and food packaging applications. Some of the world’s largest branded and private label manufacturers incorporate EAM’s NovaThin® and NovaZorb® brand cores into a wide range of products that consumers and businesses rely on every day. In 2021, EAM began an expansion project to increase its production capacity. Now, EAM is the 2nd largest airlaid producer in the United States, and the 3rd largest in the world.

West Carrollton Manufacturing Facility

Located in West Carrolton, Ohio, and opened in 1947, Domtar’s West Carrolton Paper Co. produces thermal paper products that reach many consumers every day in the form of gas pump, retail, food service, and ATM receipts. We also coat thermal label product used in package delivery and grocer delis for a leading label supplier. The facility is the largest supplier of thermal POS products in the United States.
