Several Resolute facilities from the Lac-Saint-Jean (Quebec) region are joining together to sponsor para-alpine ski racer Florence Carrier, a two-time gold medalist in the 2023 Canada Winter Games and an aspiring participant in the 2026 Paralympic Winter Games in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy.  Originally from Orford (Quebec), Florence, 16, is already a member of Canada’s para-alpine ski team and has long served as a spokesperson for the War Amps, an organization devoted to improving the lives of Canadian amputees.

Great Success on our Giving Tuesday Partnership with Take a Hike Foundation

Congratulations to Take a Hike Foundation on their successful donation campaign. Partnering with Paper Excellence, their Giving Tuesday donation campaign raised $19,260 over the course of five-days, marking almost a 400% increase compared to their campaign last year. We are honoured to take part in this a meaningful act which supports youth with mental illness. We are pleased that our $50,000 donation inspired others to give.
