{"id":29385,"date":"2023-10-19T12:02:21","date_gmt":"2023-10-19T12:02:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.domtar.com\/les-filaments-de-cellulose-ouvrent-la-voie\/"},"modified":"2023-10-19T12:02:21","modified_gmt":"2023-10-19T12:02:21","slug":"les-filaments-de-cellulose-ouvrent-la-voie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.domtar.com\/fr\/les-filaments-de-cellulose-ouvrent-la-voie\/","title":{"rendered":"Les filaments de cellulose ouvrent la voie"},"content":{"rendered":"<section id=\"immersive_panel_1\" class=\"lc-module section-article-content-block\">\n<div class=\"lc-module-inner\">\n<div class=\"article-block-wrapper lc-module-inner fade-bottom\">\n<div class=\"entry\">\n\n<p>R\u00e9solu, en collaboration avec Performance BioFilaments, a franchi une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un march\u00e9 viable pour les filaments de cellulose (CF), un biomat\u00e9riau innovant \u00e0 base de bois, en effectuant des essais sur le terrain dans les trottoirs du Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le 11 octobre, des \u00e9quipes de construction de Saguenay ont utilis\u00e9 du b\u00e9ton infus\u00e9 aux FC pour construire une nouvelle section de trottoir. Situ\u00e9 dans un secteur tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent\u00e9, ce trottoir de plus de 100 m\u00e8tres (325 pieds) comprend \u00e9galement une section construite \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange de b\u00e9ton conventionnel. La durabilit\u00e9 des deux types de b\u00e9ton sera \u00e9valu\u00e9e au cours des prochains mois d&rsquo;hiver et au printemps. Ce projet fait suite \u00e0 un <a href=\"\/resolute-is-making-concrete-progress-with-cellulose-filaments-a-novel-biomaterial\/#:~:text=Also%20known%20as%20nanofibrilated%20cellulose,such%20as%20concrete%20and%20plastics\">essai<\/a> r\u00e9ussi r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 notre scierie de Senneterre (Qu\u00e9bec) \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2022.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Les trottoirs en b\u00e9ton conventionnel peuvent \u00eatre sujets \u00e0 des fissures et \u00e0 une d\u00e9gradation acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e au fil du temps, en particulier dans les r\u00e9gions o\u00f9 les temp\u00e9ratures varient fortement d&rsquo;une saison \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre et o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on utilise des sels de d\u00e9gla\u00e7age. L&rsquo;ajout de filaments de cellulose am\u00e9liore le processus de durcissement du b\u00e9ton, ce qui r\u00e9duit les fissures et cr\u00e9e des trottoirs plus r\u00e9sistants aux intemp\u00e9ries. La validation de ces avantages ouvre la voie \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser les FC dans des projets d&rsquo;infrastructure \u00e0 plus grande \u00e9chelle.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en collaboration avec le Groupe Riverin, la Ville de Saguenay et le consultant en ing\u00e9nierie de durabilit\u00e9 SIMCO Technologies.<\/p>\n\n<p>Comme l&rsquo;ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 de nombreux essais, les FC peuvent am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un large \u00e9ventail de produits, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de renforcer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du b\u00e9ton ou de remplacer les emballages en plastique \u00e0 usage unique.<\/p>\n\n<p>En avril 2023, R\u00e9solu a inaugur\u00e9 une usine commerciale sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la production de FC \u00e0 notre usine de papier de K\u00e9nogami (Qu\u00e9bec).<\/p>\n\n<p>En investissant dans l&rsquo;innovation des produits et des processus, R\u00e9solu contribue \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des solutions durables aux d\u00e9fis du monde r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;usine de Kingsport a re\u00e7u le titre de \u00ab\u00a0Business Recycler of the Year\u00a0\u00bb (recycleur de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e) du Tennessee.
