Bien qu&rsquo;il soit parfois intimidant, je m&rsquo;engage \u00e0 relever ces d\u00e9fis qui contribuent activement au succ\u00e8s de l&rsquo;entreprise \u00ab\u00a0, d\u00e9clare Appu. \u00ab\u00a0Avec l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de Domtar, j&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;apprendre un nouveau syst\u00e8me avec un inventaire papier. Avec l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration en cours, nous devons nous assurer que toutes les donn\u00e9es de Paper Excellence correspondent \u00e0 celles de Domtar. L&rsquo;apprentissage d&rsquo;un nouveau syst\u00e8me et la d\u00e9couverte du travail de mes coll\u00e8gues m&rsquo;encouragent \u00e0 en apprendre davantage sur le domaine des donn\u00e9es et son int\u00e9gration dans ce r\u00f4le.\u00a0\u00bb   <\/p>\n\n<p>Appu a obtenu sa nomination au prix Spark gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son travail acharn\u00e9 lors de la transition de l&rsquo;entreprise vers une nouvelle application de pr\u00e9vision SAP. Pendant la transition du programme, il a pass\u00e9 des heures \u00e0 s&rsquo;assurer m\u00e9ticuleusement de l&rsquo;exactitude des donn\u00e9es. Ce travail acharn\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu par son sup\u00e9rieur, Shannon Mercer, directeur des op\u00e9rations commerciales, qui l&rsquo;a propos\u00e9 pour le prix Spark.  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 agr\u00e9ablement surpris lorsque j&rsquo;ai appris que j&rsquo;avais re\u00e7u le prix Spark\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Appu. \u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est vraiment encourageant de voir que mes efforts suppl\u00e9mentaires sont reconnus plut\u00f4t que n\u00e9glig\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb <\/p>\n\n<p>Son travail comprend les pr\u00e9visions, l&rsquo;analyse des prix, la production de rapports d&rsquo;inventaire de fin de mois et la collaboration \u00e9troite avec l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de vente pour les rapports.
