Ms. Alvarez has been appointed to the Board of the Corporation in 2012. She currently serves on our Audit Committee. Ms. Alvarez has served since 2011 as Group President for Americas of Barilla America, Inc., where she is responsible for North, Central and South America’s operations of Barilla S.p.A., a global food and beverages company headquartered in Parma, Italy. From 2006 to 2010, she held senior global management positions with The Coca-Cola Company. Prior to that, she held a number of increasingly senior positions in the personal and home care, and business-to-business categories of Kimberly-Clark Corporation and Procter & Gamble in the United States and Latin America.
