Life begins in the forest. That’s why Domtar manages this precious resource with responsible practices. One of Domtar’s proudest achievements is the obtention of ISO 14001 environmental certification for its forestry management practices in 17 million acres of forestland directly licensed or owned. Domtar’s next goal is to certify all its forests to FSC standard through an independent assessment of its forest management practices. This standard is based on principles of environmental, social, and economic sustainability. Domtar is making sure to preserve “A forest for everyone, forever.”
