We have a strong Quality Management System in place focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. All of our pulp and paper mills have obtained certification to the internationally-recognized ISO 9000 series and are subject to regular third-party audits. Many of our sawmills are also certified, while others continue to work towards registration.
