Montreal, May 5, 2008 – Domtar Corporation announced today that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. (EDT) at Centre Mont-Royal, 2200 Mansfield Street, Montreal, Quebec.
